Before joining SMFB, Awosile Adebayo held various roles in different
organizations. His past employers include:

Hamaz Communications, Jos, Plateau State
MTN Nigeria Communications Ltd, V.G.C, Lagos State
Eshcol Consulting Ltd, Burdillon, Ikoyi, Lagos State.

At Sagamu MFB, Awosile has served as the Head of Finance, the Internal
Audit and Control Manager, and is currently the Operations and Treasury
Manager, bringing with him a total of 12 years of experience in
microfinance banking.

His financial expertise and experience have significantly contributed to
the bank’s success in various ways.

Awosile is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a Certified Microfinance
Practitioner. He earned his MBA in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo
University Business School and is a student member of the Certified
Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
