Abiodun Adegbenga Ogunjimi is a seasoned business strategy and transformation executive with over a decade of experience driving enterprise growth, digital banking innovation, and financial inclusion at Sagamu Microfinance Bank Plc, Ogun State’s largest microfinance institution.

Under his leadership, the bank has recorded significant profitability growth, expanded access to finance for underserved communities, and strengthened its governance, sustainability, and transformation capabilities. He brings deep expertise across strategy, technology, and inclusive finance, consistently aligning innovation with the bank’s long-term growth objectives.

Abiodun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos State, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCIB) and holds an Executive Diploma in International Human Resource Management.
